In case you missed the big news, tickets for #VSW2019 are on sale! What’s new this year? From September 13th to 20th, you will be able to experience events that cover everything startup related; from scaling up with growth strategies and venture capitalism to networking and VR related tech. We’ll also have our returning favorites such as the Recruitment Fair and Hackathon.
Based on feedback from 2018 where we had attendees participate in over 108 events, we’re adopting a more streamlined and organized approach to our event calendar this year. That’s why for #VSW2019, we’re announcing event tracks to help attendees find the events they’re looking for, much more efficiently.
Funding: Knowledge in venture capitalism, angel investments, finances, and fundraising.
Founders: Learn from startup founders on what it takes to build a business and lessons on entrepreneurship.
Growth: Focus on sales, marketing, and new product development.
Technology: Showcase on advances and products in emerging new technology such as developer tools, artificial intelligence, AR/VR, chatbots and more.
Networking: Opportunities to connect with the larger Vancouver tech and startup community.
In addition to ticket sales going live, we’re also happy to announce that event registration is now open.
