2. Review Process: Our team will review submissions based on alignment with topics, format, and event schedule.
3. Selection & Notification: Our team will contact all proposals and event partners by April 14, 2025.
4. Event Preparation: Collaborate with your dedicated Account Manager and our team to fine-tune your session and ensure a seamless experience.

If your idea doesn’t fit neatly into one of these tracks, we still want to hear from you — surprise us with something unexpected! We would love to include events that are experiential - think getting up out of chairs, moving around, and highlighting fun experiences and exploring what our city has to offer!

• Clearly articulate your event’s topic and format, and potential speakers/panelists
• Highlight what makes your idea unique and interactive.
• Consider how your session fosters dialogue and collaboration.
• Be realistic about what can be achieved within your session’s time frame.
